Mandatory submissions include a clean passport scan with at least 6 months of remaining validity and a high-resolution photograph on a solid white background. Please note that visa approvals are subject to immigration authority clearance, and rejections are 100% chargeable.

Tourism Dirham Fees: In accordance with the Dubai Executive Council Resolution No. (2) of 2014, all hospitality establishments apply a mandatory municipal tax based on their star rating. This local fee must be paid directly by the guest at the hotel reception during check-in:

• 5-Star Properties: Approximately USD 6.00 (AED 20) per room, per night.

• 4-Star Properties: Approximately USD 4.00 (AED 15) per room, per night.

• 3-Star Properties: Approximately USD 3.00 (AED 10) per room, per night.
