Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara

Early morning departure from Nairobi. Wind down the Great Rift Valley escarpment with a brief stopover for photos. Arrive at your camp/lodge in time for lunch and check-in. Head out for your first exhilarating afternoon game drive from 4:00 PM until sunset.

Day 2: Full Day Mara Exploration

Dedicate your day to discovering the endless plains. Track the Big Five (Lions, Leopards, Elephants, Rhinos, and Buffaloes) and a vast array of birdlife. Enjoy a picnic lunch under a lone acacia tree or return to the lodge for hot lunch before tracking more wildlife in the evening.

Day 3: Sunrise Game Drive & Return

Take a final early morning game drive to catch the predators active on their morning hunt. Return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast, check out, and embark on your journey back to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon.

Park fees are paid directly to the county government by the client via eCitizen or at the gate entrance (KES 1,500 per entry for residents) to avoid clearing delays and ensure smooth personal compliance.

Is the safari cruiser private?

This package operates on a shared (group-joining) basis in a standard 8-seater 4x4 Safari Land Cruiser. Every traveler gets an excellent window seat with access to the pop-up roof for unhindered photography.

What should I pack for a June safari?

June mornings and evenings in the Mara can be quite chilly. Pack a warm fleece or jacket for the early game drives, lightweight neutral-colored clothing for the day, a wide-brimmed hat, sunblock, and insect repellent.
