Day 1: Self-Drive from Nairobi to Samburu & Afternoon Game Drive

Morning Journey: Depart Nairobi in your self-drive vehicle, driving north via Nanyuki and Isiolo to cross into the semi-arid northern reserves.
Check-In & Lunch: Arrive at your designated lodge or camp. Enjoy a welcome drink, complete hotel registration (check-in available from 12:00 PM), and proceed for a hot lunch.
Afternoon Safari: Drive out in your vehicle for an afternoon game drive across the reserve to track Samburu's wildlife.
Evening: Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight rest.

Day 2: Full-Day Reserve Exploration

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the lodge before embarking on a morning game drive along the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River.
Midday: Return to camp for lunch and spend the warm afternoon hours un-winding by the swimming pool or viewing deck.
Late Afternoon: Head out for a late-afternoon safari drive as wildlife gathers near water sources.
Evening: Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge/camp.

Day 3: Breakfast & Return Drive to Nairobi

Morning: Enjoy breakfast at the lodge dining room.
Check-Out: Settle any personal extras at the front desk and check out of your room by 10:00 AM.
Departure: Depart the reserve in your vehicle and begin the return self-drive journey back to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon.
