Day 1: Self-Drive to Nakuru & Afternoon Wildlife Exploration

Morning Road Trip: Depart Nairobi in your personal vehicle, driving northwest along the scenic Great Rift Valley highway toward Nakuru town.
Park Arrival: Enter Lake Nakuru National Park through the Lanet or Main Gate. Enjoy a leisurely self-guided game drive through the fever tree forests as you make your way up the western escarpment.
Lodge Check-In: Arrive at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge. Complete check-in registration, receive your room keys, and sit down for a delicious buffet lunch.
Afternoon Leisure: Spend the afternoon relaxing by the edge of the scenic infinity swimming pool or proceed for another late afternoon game drive along the lake basin.
Evening: Enjoy a buffet dinner followed by relaxation at the bar and lounge overlooking the park's plains.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive & Return Journey

Morning Game Drive: Head out at sunrise for an early morning game drive when predators like leopards and lions are most active, and catch rhinos grazing on the grasslands.
